Hey, just a heads up: make sure your packages have the courier code in the address, along with all other address info, or they might go into 'Unknown' status. If that happens, you'll have to pay a $600JMD fee to get it sorted. Make sure you get the correct tracking number to get it removed from 'Unknown' status. It can take up to 2 weeks to process, and then it'll ship out on the next available shipment day. You'll get an email update when it's shipped ✈️.
